This Program is designed for professional IT technicians, repair shops, and managed service providers operating in Europe, the United States, and Israel. By applying, you represent that you are a bona fide technology professional. Participation is free and requires no upfront investment or inventory purchase.
Partners act as expert advisors. You may demonstrate the software and assist with setup after a purchase, but you must ensure full transparency. In accordance with global consumer protection laws (including FTC and GDPR), you must disclose to the customer that you may receive a reward for your recommendation.
Every subscription must be completed directly by the end customer using their own payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You are strictly prohibited from paying on a customer's behalf, even if reimbursed in cash. Using your own payment card for a customer’s transaction is a violation of these terms.
Partner rewards are issued 60 days after a valid customer subscription is confirmed. This period is used to verify that the subscription is legitimate and remains active. Any subscriptions that are refunded, cancelled, or flagged as fraudulent within this 60-day window do not qualify for rewards.
Offer prices are displayed in local currencies (USD, EUR, or GBP) based on the customer's region. As an independent partner, you are solely responsible for any local tax obligations, including VAT or income tax, arising from the rewards you receive.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or artificial activity. Prohibited actions include self-purchases, "buy and cancel" tactics, or misleading customers. Any violation will result in:
• Immediate rejection of all pending rewards
• Forfeiture of any unpaid account balances
• Permanent removal from the Technician Partner Program
We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion if fraud is suspected.
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the program is registered.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
